Hello and welcome
Taking the first step towards counselling can sometimes feel difficult. I offer a warm, confidential and supportive space where you can talk openly, feel heard and explore what is happening for you.
As a fully accredited Adult and Adolescent Counsellor and Psychotherapist (MIACP), I work from an intergrative approach, tailoring therapy to the individual and their needs.
With over 25 years' experience in education and as a Drama Facilitator, I bring a wealth of experience in working with people from diverse backgrounds and through different stages of life. My experience also includes supporting young people with AEN and ASD. I am currently undertaking postgraduate training in Guidance Counselling, further complementing my therapeutic work.
I offer a free 10–15 minute introductory call if you would like to have a chat and see if working together feels right for you.
A little More About Me
My journey into counselling and psychotherapy has been shaped by over 25 years of working with people in education, drama and community settings. Throughout this time, I have always been drawn to listening, connecting with people and creating spaces where individuals feel heard and understood. My experience has brought me into contact with people from many different backgrounds and at different stages of life. I value the uniqueness of each person's story and believe that feeling genuinely heard and accepted can be an important part of change. My ongoing training in Guidance Counselling is a natural extension of this work and reflects my continued interest in supporting people through times of change, choice and transition.
